THIGH ABDO BUTTOCKS

THIGH ABDO BUTTOCKS” is a group class that strengthens and tones the core and lower body.
The abdominal belt (stomach and waist), buttocks and legs are all involved.

PILATES

Pilates is a gentle form of body gymnastics based on a series of postural exercises. These exercises are designed to optimize the use of our visible muscles and improve body alignment.

DANCE

Dance brings together the most passionate among you. The class takes place in a small group for 1h00. It will develop your sense of rhythm as well as your cardio.

CROSSTRAINING

Cross Training group classes are complete workouts, combining cardio and renfo movements. It's all about working with a small, motivated team!
